The backyard is fully landscaped with plenty of room for entertaining, play, and relaxing. One indoor garage space is available with two adjacent outdoor parking spaces. The rest of the garage and loft is an art studio that will be locked. Artist will not be in residence. Utilities billed to the tenant for summer usage. No pets.
